Enneagram Workshop for Young Women: Unlocking Self-Discovery and Transformation

This workshop is designed specifically for young women eager to deepen self-awareness and personal growth. Using the powerful framework of the Enneagram, participants will explore the nine personality types to uncover the unconscious patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Participants will gain an understanding of your strengths, challenges and motivations.  The insights gained will help you break free from limiting habits and cultivate emotional resilience and allow you to wake up to your gifts.  This workshop will include interactive discussions, reflective exercises and somatic activities.  Participants will connect with peers who share a desire to gain clarity, inner balance and a deeper connection to self and feel empowered in their lives.  All participants will have the opportunity to join the Enneagram Learning Lab cohort after this workshop.
